Bought this as an upgrade for my gravel bike. I was shopping for power meter pedals but the price of this Spindle system was just too good to beat.
SRAM doesn't really provide any installation instructions and the one video on YouTube was semi helpful but it didn't go into any detail. Make sure that if you have a spacer, to transfer it to the new spindle. I didn't even notice it was there on the original spindle so I had to remove it and install it all again! I also had some issues with a flimsy plastic cap on the BB so keep an eye on that when you do the install.
Once installed though, it has been awesome. Only complaint have been that the calibration step before each ride is kind of annoying and I've had it randomly stop communicating to my Garmin after a cafe stop one time but it finally reconnected after a few miles.
Accuracy seems decent compared to my Zwift trainer and pairing it to my Garmin Edge was super easy.
If you have a bike with Apex, it's a great upgrade to make to get more ride data!

Pairs right up and works without a hitch so far, hasn't dropped connection and does everything I'd want it to. One time before a ride I had to de-pair and pair again after it wouldn't connect, but that was just a weird one-off thing seemingly.
The reason I took off a star is because the unit I received was very obviously a used and returned open box with a bunch of grease everywhere, but I figured as long as it worked it was no harm no foul even though it was supposed to be new.

The value on this product is great. They are accurate, easy to set up and provide a great option to other power meters in being able to be moved to different bikes easily and their price tag. The only quirk I noticed is they do not engage with my shoes as quickly and easily as my Shimano pedals. I wear Sidi Dominator off road shoes and it takes an extra second or two to get them lined up to engage. This is not a problem for a training/casual ride but could be an issue in a race. Where Shimano pedals just seem to naturally find the right spot with no real effort the Favero require a little finagling to get them positioned. I am in my 50s now, so my competive racing days are behind me but this would have bugged me in my 20-30s. I still ride 8-12 hours a week and still structure my workouts and these work wonderfully.
