BikeTiresDirect offers a return policy on the products we sell. However, not all returned items meet our quality standards to be sold again in "new" condition.
We offer a variety of these products at a discount as B-Stock and Open Box items to make up for slight imperfections. Items with minor cosmetic defects may be sold as "B-Stock". Items with damaged or destroyed packaging may be sold as "Open Box". Both categories allow us to offer you a discount on goods that still have a long life ahead of them. Open Box and B-Stock can be returned but only for store credit.
