We offer a return policy on the products we sell. However, not all returned items meet our quality standards to be sold again in 'new' condition.
As a result, we offer a variety of these products at a discount as B-Stock and Open Box items to make up for slight imperfections. Items with minor cosmetic defects may be sold as 'B-Stock'. Items with damaged or destroyed packaging may be sold as 'Open Box'. Both categories allow us to offer you a discount on goods that still carry the full manufacturer warranty.
