I am long time user of Time pedals, since first gen of ATAC mid 90s. I have Time on all of my 6 bikes. When it was time for next/new bike build/upgrade it was easy decision, I already used previous gen pedals( xpresso 10) and decided not pass little upgrade to XPRO12. It is great addition to my special CAAD10 which is just under UCI limit even with power meter. I found Time pedals reliable. I was informed that carbon blade likes to snap. I purchased few spare parts but after 4 years of usage they are still fine (minus bearing service) and never let me down.
The pedal allows for adequate foot movement while keeping you balanced and locked in. The most important thing about the pedals. Is getting our feet clipped in after a stop is extremely fluid. No slippage, missing the click, they simply just go right back in, without even looking down.
I've been using Time pedals since rhey first came out on the market. I always appreciated the low stack height. My lsst pedals, which I still have, are the RXS. The XPROs are a nice improvement, especially wuth their ease of entry.
Lightweight, very comfortable, and superb engagement. XPRO12 is an excellent spec for any super bike or dream bike build, definitely would label these pedals as top-notch state of the art.
