Yakima's RidgeBack 4 Hitch Rack brings convenience to bike transportation. An Upperhand control lever enables the rack to tilt back for hassle-free vehicle access. When not in use, the rack and arms fold flat for compact storage. This rack can carry up to 4 bikes with its no-fuss ZipStrip ratchet straps and anti-sway cradles that prevent bike-to-bike contact during transport. Tool-free installation involves a locking SpeedKnob that firmly secures the rack to 1.25 or 2-inch receivers. At the end of the day, an integrated bottle opener lends a helping hand with post-ride refreshments.
Claimed weight is 35 lbs. 1.25" or 2" receiver required. Carrying capacity is 40 lbs per bike or up to 150 lbs total. Comes fully assembled. Compatible with Yakima's Handcuff bike lock (sold separately).
