I only use this product after my HIT sessions. It starts working almost immediately and I feel a much lower level of pain during the recovery process. The smell is not bad, but noticeable after application. I can honestly say this product works for me and I cannot say that about everything I have used in my cycling. I highly recommend this product!! Please remember your results could vary.
