TNT tires are always super easy to set up tubeless. These were no exception, they went on first try onto Ultegra 6800 wheelset with a little bit of Stan's and a floor pump. Fantastic traction all round in the slop. Grip is very predictable, and the price is right. Their achilles heel is the weight, but I suppose once a tire gets muddy an extra 80g per tire is a small part of the overall equation )
This tire is perfect for our rapidly-changing conditions here in Northern California We finally have mud, and this tire made the jump to a slipper track no problem, while still being firm enough to work on the harder pack. I'd by another one!
I set these tires up tubeless on Bontrager Race Tubless wheels with Bontrager rim tape and valves and Stans sealant. I have run them at 30 psi in training without burping. I will continue to see if lower psi will work without failure. I have yet to use them in mud, but other reviews say they are effective in mud.
I use this for all of my Cyclocross races, dry or wet. It is a solid tubeless tire. I have it paired to an HED Belgium, and it never burps or has any issues getting seated.
I was looking for a nice knobby set of CX tires to setup tubeless. Came across these and have been super happy! I have 10 hrs on them and the ride is great, super grippy in all the loose stuff.
