Love this stuff. It is very easy to drink. A smooth texture and easy to swallow. Not sugary tasting like some others.
This drink mix is easy to mix, tastes good and keeps me going longer than other similar products I've tried. less cramping and more energy.
Little on the expensive side...60 servings is a bit misleading to me. like most others, i use 20 oz bottles, and you have to use 1.5 scoops for that.
Works well for workouts over 1 hr
