This nifty little device does indeed replace most CO2 cartridges in your bag, it is NOT cheap, it is sized better than the cartridges it replaces though. I do have a friend with it that used it prior to my purchase and sang it's praises. I run tubeless and last puncture pulled it out. It (or maybe me) failed miserably. I am suspicious that the puncture, which was deep and when I later removed my tire found a sizable glass shard inside of the tire, was too great to pump the tire back to snuff given the volume and ended up using a CO2 cartridge. Alternatively, maybe I was not able to press the nozzle head onto the valve sufficiently. Moving forward I will probably use the included screw-on adapter intended for use with tpu tubes to be certain it's not a me issue.
It charges quickly and seems to maintain charge over time when not used. It's small and light and fits easily in the back pockets of my jerseys. While it doesn't inflate to 'my' 100%< at around 75PSI, it's more than effective. I love not dealing with cartridges any longer, though I carry one in my saddlebag as a backup. It does get a little warm when using, but not to a bothersome extent. Also great the other day when my tubeless setup sprang a leak and lost more air than needed to get home. I topped it off quickly and was on my way.
Great size, cuts off at 72psi on the nose. Love it.
