Finally, got a pair of these to replace my wornout ones. Fit is perfect. Installation takes just a few minutes. They don't rotate loose like the originals (better screw).

A good thing about Sidis is their replacement parts, even if they're at extortionate prices.
Extremely easy to replace, just make sure to do it before the screw head is shaved down completely on the shoe otherwise it could be difficult to replace.
Only wish Sidi was smarter on providing a product with better longevity.
I have 8 year old SIDI Genius 5 shoes. The heels are the only things that seem to wear out, so these replacement heels obviate the need to buy new shoes. Rather than filing off the nubs that are on the shoe side, a razor blade whacks them off efficiently.
I ordered these knowing that they have the little tabs for the newernon-carbon shoes. The tabs were not too hard to break off, but filing them down to the silver concave backing took some work. Eventually they fit my road shoes. My husband got a pair too and since his shoes are newer he didn't need to pop the tabs off.
Sidi heel pads wear out fairly quickly, so having replacement parts is a necessity. They're easy to get on and off, as long as the screws aren't too tight. The only reasons that I don't rate the heel pads 5 stars is that I think they wear out too fast and it's not that easy breaking off the plastic nobs on the part that fits to the shoe.
