I had to replace a recent pair of Giros that were way too narrow in the toe box for me and caused tingling and numbing in the toes, even on ~20 mile rides. This shoe is sufficiently roomy in the front and adjustable while riding. My one complaint is that the BOA system doesn't crank counterclockwise to allow for loosening, so I have to pop out the crank to loosen the shoe while riding. Kind of annoying at first, but I'm used to it now. I wear women's 7-7.5 and 39 in euro sizing. The tongue flap that other reviewers commented on doesn't bother me so much.
They do the job. They are very sturdy and help me put more power down during my rides. Relatively inexpensive compared to other quality shoes and i love the boa. My feet used to get numb in my other shoes, but not in these. Pretty good value and with the white I look just like the pros!
