I'm Asian, 5'8" and 165 lbs on a good day. The shoulder strap on "Large" is about 2" too short so it is pinching my shoulders but the leg length is 2" too long. So if you're similar to my size, I'm afraid this won't work for you. I have no complaints about the material.
