I just bought these tights the other night as a go between for these wonderful clear, but chilly days we've been having in Portland. I am 5'11 and normally wear a 27 waist, and I find that the size medium is a little bit too tight around my calves-but I decided that it wasn't enough to bother me. For a day with no rain, I wear a bib or Shebeest liner under them and the size medium fits perfectly over. There are ankle zippers which make arranging your socktight overlap situation a breeze. I love the small reflective lace detail at the bottom and though I'm typically not a hi-viz yellow kind of girl, I'm pretty into the moon images.
