I give it 4 stars as at the end of the day, it's a chain whip with one job. But, it's a good one, and was a solid $10-15 cheaper than many others. It has proved very stout. (And, DO NOT try to remove 12-sp cassettes with 11-sp whips -- they will slip and snap teeth off in your cassette).
This will be used on both cassettes and freewheels.
I like that its stout and has an actual handle for really leaning in when needed.
