I've replaced all my athleta crops with these. They are lighter weight, so much better in the heat when doing weights/core/kickboxing, and they are so comfortable I end up wearing them casually. Pockets are useful. Medium is perfect for me at 130lb and 5'8" (in most other brands that usually puts me in a small).
