This is a good warm jacket that gets me through rides that are in the 25-35 degree range with the right base layers. Below that from the single digits to the low 20s I have to go for heavier gear. This jacket breathes well and is comfy. What I dislike about it is that it has no rear pockets for your phone etc. It does have front pockets but they are awkward with a phone while you are riding. If you wear a jersey as one base layer underneath, you can use those pockets. I also don't like that it also has no reflective materials whatsoever, so you will not show up at night. You need to wear lights and other reflective gear with this jacket at night. I ride all year round with a lot of winter night trail, road and single track rides in IL and WI.
I get cold very easily. But his jacket keeps me very warm without feeling sweaty or hot. I've ridden it down to 31F for multiple hours, wearing just a single Craft base layer beneath it. It is comfortable, breathes well, and keeps me warm without feeling too hot or sweaty. I'm very happy with this jacket.
