I love Osmo. The flavor choices are good, light taste and with the pre-load on bigger days I never cramp anymore. I have tried practically all the products and this is the best.
Omso is effective during hard rides under hot and humid conditions and in my experience is more palatable (and seems to pack more in a scoop) than its main competitor at a reasonable price.
Not the best taste. Seems like it works okay.
I tried the berry flavor and I really like the light taste. It goes down easy and hydrates well. The only thing I don't like is that for the cost of the product I wish it would mix easier and more thoroughly. I always had product at the bottom of my bottle.
For a hard ride I will mix 2 scoops of mix to a standard 22oz. water bottle. For a easy ride or cool day I use 1 scoop, the taste is pretty good and its not super sticky if you lose a little.
Have tried this product only once so far. In spite of the somewhat insipid flavor, the hydration powder does the job in providing the necessary nutrients to help your body get through tough rides!
