I use these for my cross bike and my commuter bikes. The price is right and they seem to last very well.
I use these tubes exclusively on all my road bikes and on the bikes I maintain for my friends. The smooth (not threaded) stem doesn't tear up your shop pump head. The stems have replaceable cores. While not super light, they are tough and the price is excellent. I use and carry extra long stemmed tubes because so many of my friend have aero-rims. I log about 5k a year in my bikes. One fixed gear, one Ti Merlin, one steel Viner in service at this time.
It does the job.
Tubes seem reliable, no problems with them....
Good for general use at a good price. Those who have more specific uses, racing off roading or what ever may want something more suited to their specific uses.
I've ridden my first set of these for about 3000 miles with no issues and no flats. I use Stan's No Tubes sealant in them as a backup. They hold air very well, are easy to install and have a removable valve. They're a very good all-round tube.
These tubes repair ok, and the stem doesn't seem to pull out as badly as others I've tried. When repairing, clean the roughed up spot with some isopropol alcohol, and let dry for a couple of minutes before applying the glue. The patches seem to really grip when I do that.
I commute to work and back and have logged more than 26000 miles in the past 4 1/2 years. Needless to say, I have experienced a few flats. I often use Kenda tubes and have not experienced any significant problems with them. I wait until they are on sale and buy in bulk. I am very happy with these tubes.
Good value tube so far, use it on my road bike for training and commuting, no issues so far!
no curb or rock can pinch
I ran Kenda tubes in my clinchers on my coss bike in the Cross Crusade this fall. Not a single pinch flat, which is significant, given that I'm a donut scarfin' clydesdale!
Price is right and no problems yet
Switched from Forte tubes to these. Seem a little more durable.
Even better when deal of the day.
After using lighter-weight tubes, and having a lot of flats, I started using these. So far, I have had only one pinch-flat in the last six months.
I was happy with the price of the product and the prompt delivery.
I live close to many areas under construction and avoiding road debris that causes flats is not always an option. These tubes are great quality, especially for the price.
It's a totally normal standard tube. It works, and I haven't flattened it yet (in about 250 miles).
What more can one ask? They hold air. They don't leak air. They are toroidal. Works for me. Plus, I've seen much worse, few better. 27x1, 700-25, 27x1-14, 700-38 all at highest recommended tire pressures, they all worked for me. My thin rims don't like the unthreaded version. Deeper rims might work better with the unthreaded Prestas. Shraeders always work well where they fit.
Good tubes - good price!
I need a light but strong inner tube on my 45-50 mile training rides. So I always carry 2 spares if the inevitable happens when you flat out more than once on a ride.
