Bought a set of these wheels to replace an alloy set on my Giant bike I mounted the bike on a trainer and mounted a trainer tire on the rear wheel (pain). Did not want to go through changing out the tire again so I bought a new set of wheels now I have the trainer tire already mounted for next year. I am happy with these wheels look good on the bike, wheels look to be well built.
I was looking for a replacement wheelset for my winter (rain) bike that would hold up to the Seattle weather conditions. I found it in the Handspun Shimano 105/DT Swiss R460. It's a quality build and I am very happy with my purchase.
It's a good deal on a solid training wheel. Why not 5 stars, because I like it and it's a good deal. To be 5 Stars it would have to be awesome and the valve would have to be a steal, their words not mine. Would I buy it again, yes, because it's a good deal and I like it.
I am a bigtall rider, and I needed some affordable and durable wheels. These 32-spoke wheels give me a confident ride without adding much weight, and the DT Swiss rims look fantastic on my bike!
We use these wheels for training and you couldnt ask for anything more at the price. True, evenly tensioned and smooth. The DT rims set-up tubeless very easily and, with a robust tire installed, they have, so far, proven themselves to be flat free under my two, very fast and hard on equipment, teen racers.
This wheel is rock solid. Arrived perfectly true and all spokes tight. Same state after a few hundred miles.
This a great Wheel at a great price! Ive used these wheels on other bikes and highly recommend them!!!
