Good stuff, and cheaper than individual small gel packets. I take this big pack on super long rides. As in, 200-300 miles. This said, you can make powder with the same stuff yourself. Maltodextrin, sugar, some BCAA amino acids, and some electrolyte powder. And add whatever taste you like. Really there is nothing difficult to it.
Can be a little messy, but the flask is easy to use and the money savings and waste reduction makes it well worth it for me. The sea salt chocolate flavor is my favorite!

Tasty, great preride or post. Lasts long without refrigerating.
The roctane version of the product tastes good but I am not convinced it is more energy boosting than the regular version. I will get the regular version in the future.
