New formulation is very, very difficult to mix and stains water bottles
Let's face it, A lot of these hydrationenergy powders contain some whey or other chunky endurance supplement. That's fine and good, but what if you just need to be hydrated? This is a no-nonsense hydration drink that has the same classic taste as the original Gatorade but with twice the sodium and a few more electrolytes than the original. This formula is supposed to give you a little more endurance and that can be enough when your out on the road. This is what I want when I need to be hydrated. Cool crisp and delicious, I love it!
I have used this for a long time and it goes down well and seems to work. The new formula disolves and tastes better.
I use this product as my fueling and electrolyte source for every workout. 6-8 times a week
