I had an Apple Watch that I did not love due to the over notifications and lack of battery power. This gets me sleep tracking much better than an Oura or Whoop, gets me my workouts from my coach available, really the list is too long for what it does. For an athlete who wants maximal fitness options with fewer distractions from your phone, this is it. 10/10
