I decided to take a chance on the Fizik overcurve R4wide and my feet after the first ride have never felt better. I wear a size 12EE and the wide Fizik overcurve is just what I needed. With a great price point it was a worth trying out and now I�m sold.
The is my first pair of Fizik shoes. They look and feel good. I don't have particularly wide feet (D) and the wide shoe fits me perfectly. I usually wear a 12 to 12 1/2 and the size 46 fits well. The BOA closure works great and gets them snug and comfortable.
I've put in a few hundred miles so far with a few 50+ mile rides and my feet have been comfortable. On hot rides, I've noticed that these shoes are less ventilated than my older LG shoes and my feet get warmer than I would like. Overall, I'm very pleased with these shoes and will strongly consider Fizik for my next pair.
Great fit. Love the wider toe box. Own a few Fizik shoes!!
I have a hard time getting bike shoes wide enough. These are great shoes - nice and stiff and plenty of room for my XL feet.
