True to size, worked for me (with bad circulation) down to about the mid-high 30s. Lower with handwarmers stuffed inside.
I use these for all types of riding, road, gravel, mtb. The single split finger makes shifting and breaking much easier than the traditional lobster mitts. Warm and windproof as advertised.
