These are relatively easy to install, and are super heavy duty!!!!!
One flat in about 3500 miles, industrial sized staple. Smooth ride, long lasting treads. Used to use Maxxis, which are also great tires, but these seem even better.
I run these on my commuter bike, they give me the confidence I won't be getting a flat for a long time.
I have used the tires for 8 years. The additional weight is worth the lack of having flats. We ride to stay in shape. What are a few extra grams.
Don't like stopping for flats.
Love the protection from flats. I replace them every 2 years, with still wear left.

I went with the Gatorskin tires because they have a great reputation and good reviews. Swapped them on this summer and have been completely satisfied. Great tire at a good value!
I am a commuter and rec rider. These are the best tires on the market. I get 2000 miles on them.
Are use these for all my off-season training, on road, off road, grave....
