I love everything about these long fingered gloves, except the stitching around both index fingers came apart after about 15 rides. They still work, and it might be an improvement for touching any computer screens/smartphones. Besides that, they are holding up well after 2 seasons. I'd actually buy them again, because they my favorite hot/warm/slightly chilly weather glove. I don't wear short fingered gloves.
I purchased the Arenberg Gel LF Glove for full finger coverage in cooler weather. I have the short-fingered version and have used it mostly for gravel however I use the long-fingered version for road and gravel. I find the padding exceptional for long rides.
These are great for 50-65 degree mornings. Just right for when it's a bit too cold for fingerless gloves.
The padding is excellent despite being quite thin.
These gloves just endured the Leadville 100mtb. (Its actually 105, they really should reflect the true distance). The gloves provided all day endurance quality and comfort. Great race glove.
Killer cyclocross/mountain gloves.
Runs SMALL.
Good for roadies too
These Castelli gloves replaced a similar that I wore out. They have the same great fit, w.ith even better touch-screen sensitivity. Perfect for those 50 to 65 degree days.
I even use them under sunny conditions
What can I say? These fit my generally larger hands and are comfortable. The grippy texture is good and not overly grippy. They look awesome too!
