The KMC X12 x 126 Link Chain features a Double X Bridge link shape for clean, smooth shifting on SRAM & Shimano 12-speed groups.
It features mushroom riveted pins designed to deliver the most powerful link connection on the market and allows clean shifting under heavy loads
The asymmetrical chamfering on the chain also avoids interference with connecting parts of the drivetrain (i.e. cassette, derailleurs, chainrings, etc.).
The Ti-Nitride coating on the gold versions creates an ultra-smooth surface that sheds mud and grit more easily, while also adding cleaner shifting.

I normally roll with Shimano chains on my 12-speed, though have used many KMC's on 11-speed over the years. When I saw this 12-speed in bling-y golden plate, I couldn't resist and it provides a nice visual pop. It's also a very good value, given how well KMC chains tend to hold up.
