This handmade PRO Series tire combines a supple Super Polyester casing with SMARTprime tread compound, their fastest rubber yet. Challenge's new Easy-Fit Shape moulding process gently pre-forms the tire for easier mounting and inflation.

• CONSTRUCTION: Handmade - Challenge handmade tires combine comfort, performance, and grip in a way other tires can't match. Handmade tires are assembled step-by-step by experienced craftspeople. High quality natural glues and latex coatings are applied to ultra-supple casing materials. The result is a small-batch tire with a ride feel that is simply on a different level.
• SERIES: PRO - Everyday Luxury, the workhorse handmade tire is the PRO series, delivering performance and ride feel unmatched by traditional vulcanized tires. Perfect for the rigors of daily riding.
• CASING: Super Polyester 300TPI - Super Polyesters with higher thread counts make up Challenge's most affordable handmade casings. Polyester is much softer and stronger then nylon, is impervious to water and quite durable.
• COMPOUND: SMARTprime - Delivers lower rolling resistance than basic SMART compound without sacrificing traction or durability. SMARTprime rubber compound forms the basis of Challenge's fastest road tires yet.
• PUNCTURE PROTECTION: PPS Ganzo - The ultimate single-layer puncture-protection fabric. PPS Ganzo offers greater security while maintaining low weight and rolling resistance.
