I have long, not super beefy legs and was getting frustrated finding any women's shorts or bibs that didn't just hit mid or upper thigh, and that also stay put. These hit lower mid-thigh and the silicone grippers work really well to keep them from riding up. I love the more matte feel of the fabric - not at all shiny. I have also come to like the Progetto X2 Air Donna seat pad - far better than the super bulky "Kiss" versions I have tried in the past.
Whilst I am no longer riding competitivly I still like to use good quality clothing that fits well and remains comftorble throughout the ride. The Expresso jersey satisfies my needs very it has become my jersey style of choice over the past couple of years (I now have ablut 3 of them).
I have used them throughout the heat of a Texas summer and find they will be good with an undershirt and arm warmers on cooler days.
A great buy, more relaxt fit than a full on race jersey so ideal for group rides, training rides and of course the coffee shop.
