Bought these tires and mounted them up for the BCBR 7 day stage race in Canada. 156 miles and 24+feet of vertical and these tires did it all. gravel, tech, climbing, wet, muddy , dry , rocky , rooty' you name it we had it and these tires upped my game. I rode Ground controls for the last race and felt over tired, Barzo, Mezcal combo and felt under tired in sections. and racing ray, ralph combos as well. Nothing comes close to the cornering and rock solid feel of these Syerra's . i have never descended so well and confident across all conditions. if there is any downside id say they're not super durable from a tread wear perspective. but they withstood a lot of abuse with no flats. easy to mount . held air great, I ran 21 psi at 215lb rider weight. so they got fairly punished. highly recommend.

After my first 30 road/mixed use trails tubeless, I'm impressed with the comfort and speed of these endurance gravel spec tires. 700x40 is smaller than the previously installed Pan grav-king slick to where I wonder if I could have fit the 700/45 so worth measuring your clearance on my cyclocross frame. Max psi tubeless = 87psi. I set mine to 77psi. I would choose these again over the gravelking slick for 80% road.

Running the 700x50's on my hardtail MTB (more of a monster gravel rig these days) and these tires are way better than the T30's. Install on WTB KOM hoops were easy, seated with no issues using an air compressor.
Ride quality is plush at PSI's I run (30F/32R) - it's like floating on a cloud. The smooth center tread is great on pavement - quick acceleration and easy to keep rolling. Going downhill on these tires are awesome - solid as a rock and FAST. On hardpack dirt and light gravel, tires handle that terrain with ease, no complaints. Going into turns, pavement or dirt, tires (so far) hold the line and haven't washed out on me. The side knobs do their job well.
Obviously these tires are NOT for super chunky/rowdy gravel or muddy conditions. However, if you're looking for a solid "all arounder" tire, you will not go wrong with the T10.
I did run the T30's on this bike and they're good - only nit is the rear tire tread wore quickly! Given the T10 are a slick center, hopefully tread life is better. The think I've noticed - the wider versions feel more comfortable. I have the 700x37's and they feel a bit less plush - I get it, that's a function of PSI and tire width. Wider is better anyway!
Prior to the T30's, I ran Conti Race King ProTection 29x2.2 for years and those were great tires. I think the T10's blow away the Conti's and T30's.
As always, YMMV...

I've been using Vittoria tires on my MTB for the past 5yrs and recently trying them on my Road bike and so far like them a lot as well... haven't been too lucky with Continental GP5k STR tires (Punctures and torn side wall)....
I recently built a Time Bike (~500mi) and opted for the retro wall color from Vittoria went on relatively easy on ENVE SES4.5 AR wheels...rides like dream but time will tell the tire life...
One knock is that you would need a bit more sealant and almost impossible to keep that tan color clean...gets dirty and stays dirty
