I have this helmet in both white and black. Both were purchased months apart during a Gold Member promotion. I first purchased the helmet for the spherical, multi-level, rotational protection design. The numerous air vents keeps you cool, especially for those heavy sweater. It is very lightweight and I hardly notice I'm wearing it.
I recommend this helmet for its spherical, rotational design, its protection, and its ability to keep you cool.

I really wanted to like this helmet as I think it provides a lot of versatility as an aero helmet and regular vented helmet with the removable covers. Overall build quality is excellent, the pads are very nice, and I liked the magnetic clasp. Fit- I am usually a medium (56cm head) and the medium fit well. The retention system leaves a bit to be desired as its a bigger piece of plastic and the dial is so thin (feels cheap) thus making it hard to turn (and doesn't seem to microadjust as much as others). The bronco "white" color is truly more off an "off gray" color IMO (white should not be used as a descriptor at all. Overall it does look good though.
The reason this helmet will be going back- the weight. In size medium with the vent covers it is 338g, and without the vent covers it is 316g on my scale. Compared to a helmet in the 270-300g weight range you definitely feel it. It also feels very perimeter heavy... I really needed to crank down the retention to make it feel stable. So in aero format its very heavy, and in vented mode... still heavy.
TLDR- good looking helmet that is let down by being overweight

This jersey is *warm, *very comfortable, *breathable (I can't cope with membrane jackets above about 40-45 F - I sweat too much), *available in bright colors (not death-defying camouflage or black), *long-wearing. It's my go-to winter jersey, and getting one around half-off is always a treat.
Just be aware Pearl Izumi sizes run much larger than euro-company sizes.

These would not stand a very cold winter but they are good enough for the pacific north west.
I also don't think they are waterproof enough but can keep you dry on a lighter rain.
Size is true to the number. I would not worry about going higher or lower than what you wear
