Finally managed to get out on a ride with the jersey after the snow cleared. It fits really well though the main design goal is comfort rather than aero or race-fitness. Be aware, it's well insulated but not windprooof--a windbreaker/jacket will be necessary on those gustier days. An insulated baselayer will help for those even colder days (30s-low 40s F/0-6 C). Pockets are well-sized and secure--I was able to fit all my usual contents with no trouble. And the color (Red Dahlia) really stands out.
My only criticism: the shoulders are a little narrow--I'm a pretty averagely proportioned guy and in all other respects, the recommended size (M) fit me perfectly. But the shoulders are probably a 1/2" narrower than I'd like. It's not a deal breaker by any stretch and didn't impede my ride in any way so I'm still more than happy to recommend the jersey. But something to keep in mind for those who have wide shoulders for their height.

This jacket finally delivers the two key features essential in a cold weather outer shell: it blocks the wind from excessively cooling the skin while simultaneously letting moisture escape. There are plenty of jackets available but this is my first choice for temperature ranges between 35 and 50.
Fit is typical Costello: aero race for cycling bodies. This doesn't leave a lot of room for multiple layers required in colder temperatures.
Length is just right and sleeves are long, but let you tuck them inside gloves without leaving a gap .
I've used mine several times now and it is now a favorite. Not cheap, but worth it if you're riding frequently in cold, dry conditions.

Awesome shoe. Got the white version and it looks sharp. The entire upper is of a smooth synthetic material and lightly padded. The both BOA dial assembly are in the perfect location. The upper cinches the upper portion of my feet really well and the lower one cinches the entire lower portion of my feet very securely. Just loved the way this shoe provides secure wrap around feel once BOAs are secured. For my size, the heel cup is very secure and comfortable. I love the rubberized heel padding and it is very comfortable.
The sole is very stiff. I have the RX8s and it was already stiff enough at the index of 10, this one is at 11. This is all out a racing shoe, very similar to the RX8s, but provides much better comfort for me.
I wear size 9.5 shoes with normal width and 42.5 fits me perfectly. With normal cycling socks, my big toe is just touching the front edge of the shoe. The width of my feet, especially near the ball of my feet fills out the side of the shoe.
