I have 2 sets of these. They're comfortable on the tops and just right to the hoods and down to the drops. I rotate them to have the drop about horizontal and the reach is short. There's a channel underneath for cable routing. They feel good look good etc.
If you need short reach bars, I strongly suggest these 70mm reach bars. The transition from tops to hoods is seamless, gentle backsweep of the tops helps me vary my riding position, and the oval tops feel comfortable in my hands. These aren't super light (290g) but reasonable for alloy bars. Note These bars are not drilled for internal cable routing and do not have grooves molded into them for cable housing.
THE ZIPP DROPS ARE SO SWEET. IF YOU LIKE BEING TUCKED WHEN IN THE DROPS, YOU CAN'T BEAT THE DIMENSIONS ON THESE BARS. THEY'RE LOW, WITH A NICE CURVE TO FIT YOUR HAND WHEN YOU'RE DIGGING DEEP TO SQUEEZE OUR THE WATTS. THE ERGO SHAPE UP TOP IS ALSO NICE. IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND UNWIND HAHA! AFTER A LONG DAY IN THE DROPS. THESE BARS ARE MADE WELL. AND WHILE THEY'RE A LITTLE PRICIER THAN MOST, THEY'RE WORTH EVERY PENNY. I RIDE THE 38S AND 40S. SUPER STEALTH ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
