Does what it's supposed to do with no fuss. The best thing I can say is that I never think about this "unsexy" part of my wheels. I can think of no better praise for something so fundamentally functional.
If you are converting to MicroSpline from some other platform (e.g. XDr) you'll also need 11.2018.049.020 Shimano 12x142 disc brake end caps.
