I've TTed on Michelin Power TTs for years with great success, but when Jonas smashed the TdF TT on these and then RollingResistence.com confirmed how fast these are, I bit.
They do indeed feel silky smooth and fast; however, a couple of caveats. First, they mount up about one millimeter smaller than spec'd, but that could be due to my particular Hunt wheels. And two, they wear quickly so save them for race only.
I know these are race tires but absolutely no life whatsoever compared to Vittoria Corsa Speed 2.0 (another race tire). I only managed 11.5 miles before a failure. Really bummed as that is a lot of money down the drain. Didn't feel faster than the corsa speed 2.0 but they were very supple and surprisingly easy to mount.
Fastest tire out there. My go to for TT race day!
