I waited to review this product till I used it for almost a whole year. Pump is great. I love that it work for both my road bike and my wife's Mtn bike. I have yet to have a single issue with it (unlike other more expensive pumps I've owned). I would certainly recommend this pump to everyone.
Great pump, but tricky to connect to presta valve.
This is a popular pump, a number of friends have it. Great value.
Likes easy to use, easy to read guage with rotating dial to mark psi needed, well made, easy on the wallet.
Dislikes none
Bought it to replace the floor pump I've had for 26 years. It pumps up tires with speed and little effort.
6 bikes at home, so we have several pumps, but it seemed every time I needed a pump, none to be found ... so I got my own! Love the dual heads since some of my friends have different valves, but most of all love that when we gals have a pump with us, no one seems to need it!
Excellent pump
Excellent pump
Great and versatile pump
I have had 5 or 6 Joe Blow pumps in the last 7 or 8 years. They work great, but parts give out and then the pump doesn't work. Usually it's just one part. Right now I have a Joe Blow Floor pump and there is a screw on cap at the end of the Presta valve that has a crack in it, letting air seep out when I am pumping up my tire. The pump is otherwise fine, but won't work without replacing this part. But since parts do not appear to be available, I think I have to scrap the whole thing. Hoping to find a better brand of pump.
The only pump you need.
I bought this because I have both Presta and Schroeder valves on the bikes and wanted to have a pump that did not need a Presta adapter. It works well, but the lever to set the inflator on the valve is a bit difficult to use. Otherwise, it is solid and seems accurate.
This pump is easy to use because of the small diameter cylinder means low effort and the long pump stroke provides high volume. the pressure gage with its moveable pointer is easy to read and helps insure accurate and consistent pressure settings.
The only negative comment I have is that the double valve is large enough to make hook up and disconnects awkward. Since I have never owned a presta valve tube I would have preferred a schraeder valve only fitting.
Other pumps struggled to get to 120 psig, when they did they were overheated. This pump gets there with ease and there is minimal blowoff affecting the final tire pressure.
This pump works well. The valve is a little finicky.
This was my third pump and the first that was dependable. Most people I ride with have this pump and each one has been well used and keeps on working. After a few years of group use, I did have to buy a new head after the threads on the stem wore out the rubber, but I found that part online for about $8. Great Pump.
I guess when you are trying to pump your tires up to 150-160 psi, it can get a bit difficult. But at around 100 psi's I started noticing the strain on the pump. I like it, it gets the job done for a good price.
When I first started bike racing, I picked up one of these pumps because it was the cheapest one I could find that looked pretty sturdy. 5 years down the road, it works like new. I am not easy on any bike gear, this pump has been dropped in parking lots, crammed in trunks, left outside overnight and continues to do it's job. It's nothing flashy but it easily seals onto any valve, and easily inflates the tire and is accurate with psi measurement. What more could you want out of a bike pump?
