The SRAM Force AXS XG-1270 Cassette has all of the performance at a price point I can handle! I have the benefit of smooth shifting of the AXS platform and no appreciable difference from the Red AXS. I have Red AXS one another bike, as comparison. Great upgrade for 26x10 set of wheels.
Using my 10-28 for flats and up to 6% grades. Changes perfectly everytime.
I was building out a new bike and bought a handful of products. Some I needed and some I didn't. The team never asked any odd questions about other returns and exchanges. Products are perfect AND hands down the best team to ask for help and follow up! Cheapest prices too????
Cassette works well. Actually can be used with standard cage Force rear AXS derailleur. Looks like there are two different sizes of these derailleurs that they don't seem to high light. There are some stamped with a 33t and another stamped 36T. It appears that the 36t is not as common and can be found in the wide groupos
Great update. Light weight and very Quite. Perfect setup is the 50/37 crankset with the 10-36 cassette. Literally the Goldilocks combo. It is a do it all combo. For fast group rides to hill climbs. The sram force chainset plus cassette made a big upgrade in shifting over my rival on my SL7.
Got this to pair with my 48/35 SRAM Force cranks. Good spacing for both climbs and decents at Crater Lake Rim, OR.
I added a 33x36 to my wife's bike. It maxes out the set screw on the Force rear derailleur but I have been able to get it to work without having to purchase the XPLR rear derailleur. I wish they would make a Red version of one of these.
No issues . Ride road bike 6000 to 8000 miles per year. I change the cassette once during that mileage timeframe. Helps make the SRAM chain last longer.
I started with the SRAM RED 10-33 cassette and always found the 5 tooth jump from 33 to 28 baffling. A five tooth jump was becoming annoying as 33 was too large and 28 wasn't enough. Then I switched to this cassette in a 10-36. What a difference. The four largest gears have a four tooth jump which is much more tolerable. 24-28-32-36. So I basically get the previous cassette with an larger 36 cog.
great improvement for the bike
I was able to get this 10x36 cassette to work with my wife's force 46x33. Now she has an incredible range. Now if they only made a super light Red one. :-(
