This fits great with the wider part covering your ears and the stretchy part behind your neck. I wore it biking in 40 degree temps and was very comfortable. Less bulk than most headbands under my helmet.
I got this because I don't like wearing balaclavas. I just don't like the feeling of cycling with my whole face cover. Anyway, I decided to see if there was anything different and came across this headband. By far, it's the best thing I've bought for cycling in the winter to keep my ears warm. I love it, and might pick up another soon.
Nice fit. The lining that is in contact with ears / head are wool, the balance is synthetic.
Perfect for cool commute days and longer rides. Also nice for cross country skiing.
For those cool days where you want your head to breath some but keep the chill off the ears. Fits well.
