I mix this in a shaker bottle for post workout recovery. It blends well without too many clumps with water. I have been fairly successful mixing it with milk sometimes too. Tastes good and I use it as a healthy chocolate drink that is also getting me some protein.

I use this recovery drink after riding more than 3 hours or after 2 hour fast rides. Because it mixes with water fast and tastes good I liked it.
