It's important to have comfortable shoes when you spend long hours on the saddle. Sidi is great choice, this is my second pair and after fitting different brands and models the 44.5 size was perfect. Other brands didn't have this option.
I just looked it up, and I've owned these shoes since 2/2020 meaning that at this point I have close to 25,000 miles on them. They've held up great, and the Tecno-3 closure system has worked flawlessly. I almost wish that I was ready for new shoes, but honestly I have no objective reason to replace these!
I've owned other brand shoes, but mostly I've owned Sidi. These are my 4th pair. At least for me, Sidi shoes have always been a great fit and their sizing is consistent from model to model. One of the reasons I'm willing to pay a little more for Sidi is that I know I can get service parts. When the heal pieces wear out, I know I can buy replacements. When straps have worn out or broken on older models, I've been able to replace them. That's refreshing in a time when seemingly nothing is serviceable!
Bought these to replace 12yr old sidi 7. These tighten and loosen up easily. Love these shoes
Decided I needed new road shoes my 7-year-old black Sidi's started to wear at the toe. Had been wanting to upgrade shoe that offered adjustment beyond a Velcro strap that does nothing. The Genius 10 Road Shoe met all my expectations. Perfect fit, as Sidi runs narrow, and dial-cord adjustment doesn't disappoint. Fit is more snug and comfortable compared to previous pair with Velcro straps.
This is my third pair of Sidi shoes, and a great improvement over the velcro straps of my last pair. I am impressed by the boa style tightening, which makes for a secure fit. My two previous pairs of Sidi shoes lasted over 20 years, riding 2-3000 miles per year. I expect to get the same wear out of this pair. A good value considering how much wear you get out of them and the comfort they provide.
