I switched from the red set of SPD SL cleats to the blue pro ones since the 0 degree of float was giving me knee problems but I wasn't a fan of how much float the yellow set gave me so the Blue ones suit me perfectly.
It's. A cleat. Not much that can go wrong here.
Shimano gear has always worked out well for me
Shimano products have always worked well for me
Exactly what I needed. They last longer than other brands
Great Cleats,. when walking you do not slip
Better than the cheap knockoffs.
Works great for comfortable cycling
Great cleats...yellow allows the movement I like.

They wear out often due heavy street riding with lots of stops need to replace every 4months despite rotating cleats.
Could last a little longer if it doesn't effect operation.
I tried the Shimano blue cleats for a while, and my knees hurt constantly. So when they wore out, I ordered the yellow cleats. My knee pain disappeared almost overnight. Plus they're easier to clip in, which is nice for city riding.
A well made cleat that allows quick entry and exit when using the new Dura Ace pedals
too costly and needs replacing too frequently.
Like the engagement with the bike and it works well.
I have use these cleats for years never an issue at anytime. Good wear and construction.
Shimano quality, reliable and does the job it is designed to do.
Product as advertised. They are cleats and they wear out. Since I have Shimano SPD-SL pedals I need to buy the cleats when they wear out to ensure easy clip-in and clip-out.
the 6% float allows for ankle flexation which (as designed) mitigates stress on the knee joint -- if interested: be sure to order yellow.
They are lightweight go well with my dura ace pedals
