Works as described. Used it to install new GRX front mech on my Macho Man disc!
Recently upgraded to a GRX front derailleur and crankset to get rid of some tire rubbing issues I was having with an older dura ace front derailleur. Problem solved with the upgrade but I wish Shimano made an option to purchase together with the derailleur instead of separate parts.
