These come with what you need to shorten hoses, you'll need to, as well as new cables housing for the shifting. Easy to install, feels good for smaller hands and the levers are flat across the front making it easy to apply pressure.
My wife has really small hands and the regular 105 shifters and hoods are simply too big for her hands. I am glad Shimano makes these as it was a game changer for her. She can actually apply the brakes full force and she also more easily rest her hands on the hoods and still reach the brakes on the tops.
