Bought this to replace the Claris group on an older bike. Install was easy and straightforward and it worked well right away. No complaints!
It's my understanding that the 105 has the same internals as the Ultegra; just weighs a few grams more. Currently works great but I have now replaced two Ultegra mechanical left-side shifters that suddenly stopped engaging on the up-shift. Designed to fail? I may buy another just to have when this one eventually goes bad too.
Item arrived in new condition and worked perfectly once installed on my bike. 100% satisfied
