I had Shimano mechanical on my 2022 Roubaix. Saw a good price on the DI-2 upgrade and pulled the trigger. The groupset had all the right pieces included. The pre-bled brakes were pretty straightforward to install. The DI-2 shifters were easy to mount, pair, and setup. You should be comfortable stripping your bike down to the studs if you DIY this, so not a purchase for everyone.
