On sale, these are great! This is my second pair since i love my first pair so much. They are waterproof (i've used in moderate rain and also just wet roads where there is a lot of road spray) and super warm-as warm as my heavier booties but much easier to get on.
Easy to get these on and great for mid 30s and up. Keep the wind off and good for sloppy conditions. I'm sure they won't keep out a hard rain but would be warm.
Very warm and fit well and waterproof. Difficult to get around the shoe so may want to size up.
