I've had this product for 6 months and the pin which keeps the arm open broke. When contacting Saris to see what they could do, they suggested I must have been misusing it and only offered a discount on a new one. I responded promptly with more details and asked for a replacement pin and received no response. Seems like something has changed with Saris as I previously had great customer service from them.
