These are the best around tires Ive used. Yes, they are a bit stiffer than many all rounders, but their grip and longevity make up for that. Well worth the $.
I love those tires they roll very well we ride mostly on pavement and a little gravel I'm using tubes because I don't feel like dealing with tire sealant, these tires have a strong bead to mount them, I like that
Installed these on my Trek dual sport bike to mainly use on bike paths and light gravel trails with the family. Roll pretty smooth on pavement, but there is some weight compared to previous tires (WTB). Very durable on rough gravel trails and hold air quite well. Give me the visual confidence of a MTB tire, but the great functionality of a multifunctional tire to use with my family.
Customer for very long time but my first review. I purchased these tires in 45 mm for my Trek Checkpoint SL. These tires are thick and on the heavier side comparing to my previous tires. I was little concerned about it when I was putting them on but I was in shock with the performance. The rolling resistance, grip and stability especially on loose gravel is incredible. Best upgrade I purchased for my bike.
I run these on one set of wheels and gravel king SS on another.
These give up no speed to the gravel kings, however they are insanely better off road.
I only have run about 200 miles on these tires, so no real opinion on wear.
I would not hesitate to buy them again.
Nice tires. They do well on paved roads, washboards and even loose dirt. They mount easily which is a plus. I had been running GravelKings and they were almost impossible to get the tires to seat on the rim. In the end, everything worked out great, I really like these tires.
Tires required some muscle to get them tubeless but they held air and sealant perfectly since install. They feel fast on pavement and handle some chunky stuff well for the 40mm width. Look really good on the gravel rig also.
Installed these as my winter tires and they work great.
Well I did an initial assessment of these tires on Calavera Hills in Oceanside, CA and they did pretty awesome. I felt very confident on the trails playing between 35-45 psi. With all the gnarly rocks and rugged terrain. These bad boys did deliver! Plus they look great too if I may say!
I using this tire on my Trek Checkpoint SL5 Gravel Bike. This is my second set. The first set I got 3,500 miles out of this year. I would say I do 35% Gravel and the rest ranges from bad chip and oil to nice pavement. This tire does it all for me. The security of grip makes you never want to leave home without them.
Love the brown sidewalls, performs well in sand, and single track trails as well as hard pack and asphalt. Not so great in mud, but I would have different tires for that.
This is a great tire and doesn't weigh like a truck tire I'm using these on my Ebike the ride is smooth cuts very well in the corners I'll be buying these on my other bike
Love the brown sidewalls, performs well in sand, and single track trails as well as hard pack and asphalt. Not so great in mud, but I would have different tires for that.
I've run these tubeless for the past month (350 miles) in very dry conditions and they have exceeded my expectations for both grip and traction. Roll surprisingly fast on pavement as well. Very durable and have yet to show any signs of wear.
Excellent riding tire. Soft and smooth. The grip and lose gravel is outstanding.
Great on luxury gravel, and the rougher stuff sell, and fast on road sections due to its profile.
Gravel Riding Awesomeness! Highly recommend giving these tires a go! True to size and wear well.
700x35
Rolls nicely
Great grip all surfaces
Not heavy.
Easy to set up tubeless
Got the 45s for my spec diverge. Love em. Roll well on the road and shred the trails, smooth out the bumps and great grip.
