I so hate chain whips. I'm don't need to use them often, but each time it causes lots of swearing. The Pedro's Vise Whip has changed that. The vise grip holds it firmly on the cassette and the handle is long enough to provide plenty of leverage. Because the vise grip has to be manually released, it makes it much easier to work. If I let go to adjust something, it doesn't lose its tension -- I just grab the handle, rotate the cassette to where I need it for leverage and pick right back up. Anybody want to buy a slightly used chain whip? I don't need it anymore.
