I really like these tights. They're perfect for fall and spring conditions in Oregon...maybe even a mild winter day. They say thermal but I would describe them as super cold weather tights, as in the 30s. I haven't tried them yet on a really cold day but they don't feel thermal enough for freezing cold temps (then again, I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to getting cold).
I've worn them in wet conditions45 degrees and they were perfect.
I also like the fact that the chamois isn't the size of a pole vault pit. What is it with the size of chamois in women's shorts and tights? I tried on several other brands (Gore, Sugoi, Castelli) before these and could not believe how huge and thick the chamois was. Gah! Um, no thank you, I don't care to ride in a huggie diaper.
I'm 5'4 110lbs. Waist 28, Hips 35, Inseam 29.5 and the size small fits me perfectly.
Great fit, warm for the PNW riding conditions.. Love the ankle zippers as well . WOuld recommend.
These are the best pants for taking a ride out in chilly weather. Legs are nice and long and will cover the whole ankle so you can wear short socks.
I live in Texas so I can't review these tights for colder climes, but it does get chilly here and these are great. Perfect fit, very comfortable for long rides. I think I'll order another pair!
These tights are serving me well. I wore them in 29 degrees and my legs were warm. I wish I had bought two.
Like, price,visibility stripe, and padding.
If it weren't for that extra padding, I'd be tempted to wear them all the time! Very comfortable and perfect for riding. No complaints whatsoever!
