My second purchase
I bought this to use as a cross-country ski jacket for days where a wind shell is too light but a soft shell jacket is too heavy. It's perfect for that - fitted enough not to bag or flap but stretchy enough to allow movement, especially in the arms and chest (I skate ski). The rear pockets are a bit hard to get in/out of with gloves on but are fine with glove liners or no gloves. The real issue is that this fabric snags on EVERYTHING. By the third time I wore this jersey, the right front was full of snags and pills and catches from the velcro straps on my poles where I tucked them under my arm or stood with my poles up against my torso. The snags aren't small, either - they're really visible. Cyclists who wear gloves with velcro closures may want to keep this in mind.
Using now for XC skiing but will also use for cycling in Spring and Fall.
I wear my Quest jersey more as a light jacket, with a baselayer under it, than as a jersey alone. It provides just enough coverage to keep me comfortable on cooler days or windy days. I have several in different colors.
Worn on chilly days with a base layer.
